Sales Office Manager required for a global pharmaceutical company based in Bracknell
Salary £24'000-£30'000 dependant on experience
(Annual bonus of up to 10% for on-target achievement. Matching contributions to a pension plan.
Death in service benefit and share options are also all available.)

Do you have proven experience within a Sales office supervisory role?

Are you astute, with a great business acumen?
If you also have experience of Sage 300 (or other Data-software e.g. SAP but quick to learn new programs) along with Excel skills (intermediate level preferred) and Sales Order Processing, this could be the role for you!!
Your duties would include:
- General running of an office of 15 staff, ensuring operations run smoothly
- Processing sales orders (2 year's min, ideally 5 year's)
- Assist with accounts payable invoice processing
- Interact with the company's logistics suppliers to ensure timely supply of products to UK retailers
- Dealing with consumer queries, resolving customer issues and up-selling as necessary
- Managing inventory
- Supporting the Senior Management Team (such as arranging travel when required)
- Assisting with arranging company events
- Assist with management of in-house inventory/samples of products
- Liaising with the landlord over property and services
