Handyman

Our client an award winning forward thinking independent family run Estate Agents is looking for a Handyman.

They specialise in sales, lettings, developments and property management in central London. The business is growing fast, and they are looking for a professional individual with drive and determination to join the team and grow with them.

They are looking for a multi skilled tradesman who has experience in:

• Decorating
• Carpentry
• Tiling
• Basic electrical work
• Basic plumbing

Work will primarily be involved with residential properties. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a high level finish and take pride in their work. You will have a great sense of customer service, be organised and have good attention to detail.

This is an exciting new business venture to offer an "In House Handyman" service for all their existing clients, offering services ranging from furniture assembly to fixing leaking taps.

The company prides itself on building long standing relationships with their clients, giving honest advice and excellent customer service.

Hours: Monday-Friday 40 hours per week

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience
