Due to continued growth we are looking for a professional Receptionist to be the face of their business and oversee administration of the office. Our Ideal candidate will be experienced in maintain the smooth running of a rapidly growing office. This varied role encompasses reception, administration, general office duties and business support. This position is based in Warrington, commutable from Manchester, Liverpool, St Helens, Widnes, Wigan, Leigh and Lymm.

Your New Role:

As a Receptionist you will represent the company in a first class way and ensure sure all visitors and callers are greeted in a friendly and professional manner. Maintaining the highest possible standards of customer service at all times, the successful candidate will have previous reception and administration experience and possess first class verbal and written communication skills.

Receptionist responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the switch board screening and directing phone calls
  • Meet and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Ensure the entrance and reception area are always pristine and welcoming
  • Co-ordination of meeting room bookings
  • Maintain and prepare meeting rooms
  • Ordering catering for meetings
  • Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
  • Auditing and ordering equipment and office supplies
  • Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Administration support

Receptionist desired skills:

  • Pleasant, confident telephone manner
  • Well presented, friendly and professional
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work and absorb pressure, whilst maintaining a professional approach
  • Work to strict deadlines with excellent time management skills
  • Discretion, confidentiality and resilience
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise daily workload

Our Receptionist position is a full time role, basic salary starting from £17,500 per annum plus annual bonus, realistic OTE £20,000+. We are happy to welcome the right candidates who demonstrate the above traits and if successful will receive a commitment of ongoing training and personal development.

You may have experience as; Receptionist, Secretary, Office Administrator, Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Office Co-ordinator, Front of House Assistant and Front of House Administrator.
