Working for a very well-known British chain supporting very popular multiple brands across leisure venues we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to report directly into the Head of Digital. This role allows the right candidate to develop skills across the entire digital marketing mix, across multiple brands, in an exciting and challenging sector.

Your job will be to develop and oversee the implementation of strategies across search, display, CRM, and social media. You will currently be working client side in a digital role in an organisation with extensive ecommerce capability, or working hands-on developing and implementing strategies within a marketing agency and have a keen interest in the latest tech developments and trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the analytics team to create, test and refine CRM campaigns including the optimisation of our creative, copy and comms channel selection across email, push, SMS and other channels
  • Oversee the execution of CRM campaigns, ensuring comms and vouchers are set up, flawlessly executed on time & on brand
  • Work with the Head of Digital to maximise search exposure, constantly optimising our presence on organic and paid channels
  • Working with affiliate partners, driving uptake of eCommerce off-trade and delivery business
  • Buying and optimising media across display, social, video and paid search
  • Ensure presence online is up to date, on brand and fully optimised
  • Work with Product Manger to ensure that website and app content is up to date, relevant and accurate.
  • Lead the development and execution of our social media content strategy across key brands and channels
  • Work with brand marketing and operations teams to ensure optimised impact of marketing campaigns, integrated across all customer touch points
  • Facilitating and reacting to digital marketing insights and analysis by working with analytical functions, ensuring appropriate levels of tracking and tagging across digital touch points
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of 2 digital marketing executives
  • Person Specification:

  • 3 years+ in a digital role in consumer facing online business
  • Line Management Experience
  • Track record of outperformance vs. peers
  • Experience using Google Ads, CRM systems, CMS systems and Google Analytics
  • Experience with Power BI and DAX would be a big advantage
