Disputes Administrator required for our Client AkzoNobel. Our client is more than just the largest global paints and Coatings Company and major producer of speciality chemicals, a business recognised around the world for being first with ideas and driving improvement.

As a Disputes Administrator you will deal with a large number of small account customers, covering a wide range of business related invoice queries. You will also lead process improvements to minimize disputes for customer accounts.

Additionally you will be responsible for recording disputes within the ERP system to the given timelines & routing the disputes to the relevant area of the business. Liaising with both internal & external customers & SSC via telephone or on email. You will ensure all disputes are correctly recorded by reason code to enable accurate reporting. You will also contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying causes of disputes and recommend solutions.

You will provide month end data to the Credit Operations Manager & the Disputes Team Leader & also to Sales. (to include dispute type, value, volume & age of disputes to highlight actions required from the business.)

The ideal candidate will have previous Admin experience and knowledge of IT applications, such as Word, Excel and Outlook. You will a good attention to detail and customer service skills.
