Manpower are currently recruiting for a customer service advisor for their client based in Coventry. This is a temporary role with the contract expected to last 2 weeks; however, this may be extended. The role is working 5 out of 7 days a week; Monday - Friday and every other Saturday. Working hours are 9:00AM - 5:30PM.
Duties:
- Liaising with couriers to identify the location of individual parcels
- Delivering a high standard of customer service to clients and customers
- Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies in an efficient and timely manner
- Email correspondence
- Data entry
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, be polite, outgoing and be able to work on their own initiative. The successful candidate will be paid £9ph.
