Paraplanner

Great opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to join a well-established Wealth Management practice in Newbury. You will be supporting the financial planning aspects, working alongside the team to provide a personalised service to the clients.

About you

You have experience in a financial planning environment, you know the business and how to deal with day to day responsibilities. You have strong organisational skills, you know to prioritise, separating relevant information that would need immediate attention.

Are you a team player? You would be working in a small and friendly environment and would often liaise with the other two offices based in different locations.

Are you proficient in use of Financial Planning Platforms, such as Novia, Standard Life or Royal London? Are you experienced in formal finance report writing and document preparation for a client review?

Does your previous experience include dealing with pensions? Ideally you are diploma qualified or you have advisory experience looking to progress and obtain qualifications.

Overview of the role

• Researching and identifying suitable financial solutions to meet client's needs.
• Use of software to assist in pension analysis and other financial planning issues.
• Assessing the flow of the regular client and provider information into the office, via email or telephone and identifying responses as required.
• Production of client financial information and reporting to assist with regular client reviews
• Responding to the arising issues, that support the team, that doesn't necessarily fall under Paraplanner's remit.
