Key Responsibilities

* Maintaining Shared Service financial process, including: a. Invoice control to multiple sites in UK, Europe and US. b. Accounting work related to Shared Services. c. Interface with financial personnel on other sites. d. Trouble shooting/problem solving on billing/process issues.

* Performing month end and adhoc reconciliations

* Sales Orders: Focal Point for sales order set up and amendments

* Provide financial administrative support to other analysts within the department.

* Processing of vendor payments.

* Purchase order and invoice approval, ensuring data integrity.

* Creation and maintenance of work packages.

* Report generation and analysis.

* Journal entries.

* Opening workpackages for Shared Service work

* Any adhoc reporting required

Essential Educational Requirements of the role

* Educated to GCSE level

* Ideally suited to individuals AAT qualified or working towards qualification




Desired Skills for the Role

* Familiarity with Microsoft packages, in particular Excel * Works on own initiative and is effective within a team environment * Good communication skills * Being able to support multi tasking activities on an accelerated time schedule * Ability to think creatively and develop new processes or improvements to current processes.
