Financial Accountant - Part Qualified

This role will play a key part in the monthly reporting preparation and outputs of the business, ensuring that all stakeholders have their relevant reports in a timely manner.
This role will be able to provide detailed breakdowns and back up to different costs and balance sheet areas.

Minimum Qualifications:
*3rd Level Degree
*Recently Qualified Accountant ( ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA)
*Part Qualified / Recently Qualified working in a similar working environment
*Experience in Accounts Preparation & Tax returns ( CT / VAT / PAYE )
*A sound knowledge of SAP / SAP Business One
*Good MS office knowledge

Responsibilities:
*Responsible for key month end management accounts tasks including commentary and explanations to *Management within set deadlines on both cost and revenue streams
*Ensuring that all assigned balance sheet reconciliations are prepared and have no reconciling items on a monthly basis
*Responsible for key inputs and KPI's in preparation of the monthly Finance pack, Cost Center reports & Board pack within set deadlines
*Assisting with the preparation of tax returns ( Vat, Corporation Tax, Payroll Taxes etc ) and ensure that all statutory filing requirements are met
*Providing financial information and technical advice as required from the Business
*Assisting with interim and statutory audit as appropriate and adhering to the strict deadlines
*Review and implement cost / time effective reports and KPI's using the in house Reporting Tool
*Involvement in ad hoc tasks / projects as required by the business

Additional information:
*No direct reports
*Will need to be able to work as part of a team and to strict month end deadlines.
*Be able to provide variance analysis and solutions on same to Business Managers
