Marketing Manager £50,000 - £60,000k/ (€60,000 - €65,000) Based in Berlin Germany

We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to be based in Berlin Germany for our wonderful client and fantastic brand within the Spirits industry, this is an amazing opportunity within a team driving a highly ethical mission to help support the business Founders in executing the marketing strategy. The brand is already well known within the likes of Selfridges and Harvey Nichols (to name but a few) and needs a driven, passionate Marketing Pro (within the drinks/Spirits Industry would be fab but not essential) to continue this execute this success!

Ideal for someone willing to relocate or already based in Germany.

A day in the life will be to …….

  • Run effective marketing campaigns which deliver key messages, USPs and brand collateral to the target channels and industry sectors
  • Produce and keep up-to-date a clear set of brand and style guidelines
  • Conceptualise, plan and execute the production of marketing / POS materials aligned with current positioning and most recent product capabilities.
  • Create and monitor all marketing plans to ensure delivery is on schedule and coordinated with work across functional areas to produce the necessary deliverables.
  • Write and manage communication requirements in English and German in form of press releases
  • Plan the launch of new products and releases, manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Plan and execute video and photo shoots.
  • Ensure knowledge of the industry is kept up to date and relevant by networking/researching/reading blogs and news sources.
  • Work collaboratively with Online Media Manager to develop an integrated digital marketing plan, development of the website, promotional activities and events.
  • Plan and coordinate company events
  • Manage budgets including planning, invoicing, cost tracking, and ROI of all scheduled activities

Ideally you will bring these key skills and experiences.....

  • Desirable German speaking - written and verbal communication skills in English and German
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications and PR
  • Proven success in writing professional web and marketing copy, with the ability to produce compelling and optimised copy while maintaining brand messaging, persuasiveness and readability -ideally in German and English
  • Creative thinker with proven campaign experience
  • Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Credible, confident and articulate, with good presentation skills
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Excellent working knowledge of major social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
