Our Client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team in Fawley. If successful you would support the Commercial Technical Leader in performing the day-to-day activities associated with ensuring the maintenance of financial control of the utility (gas, power, etc) streams.

Job specifics:

  • Participation with team safety activities and Safety Meetings, take on additional SHE responsibilities as required (Fire Warden, Ergonomics contact etc) with appropriate training.
  • Perform invoice reconciliations for various Utility invoices (gas, power, infrastructure/logistics costs).
  • Prepare and distribute utility price reports for gas and power
  • Collate information from industry reports and share with appropriate colleagues.
  • Support land leasing activities (e.g. track lease expiry dates and trigger renewals / rent reviews when needed)
  • Remind team of upcoming deadlines and report on progress.
  • Coordinate Records Management activities
  • Support Commercial Technical Lead with ad hoc tasks and improvement initiatives as required. Potential exists to train for holiday coverage in Oil Accounting team.

Skills required:

  • You will be required to have a good working knowledge of Microsoft office as you will be required to create and update spreadsheets.
  • Knowledge of SAP and controls (P2P in particular) beneficial but not essential.
