Manpower is recruiting for Collections Advisors/ Debt Recovery Officers to work for our financial services client. The role is based in Birmingham's up and coming Brindley Place, surrounded with plenty of great places to dine.
As a Collections Advisor, your main responsibilities will be to:
* Manage inbound calls to help manage customer enquiries regarding late or non payment.
* Making sure you are delivering a high level of customer service by employing active listening and good questioning skills.
* Provide and agree manageable solutions for the customer.
* Meet compliance and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience in either over the phone or face to face customer service.
* Be PC literate with good literacy and numeracy skills.
* Have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
* Have a strong sense of accountability.
* Have a passion for delivering first class customer experience.
This is a 35 hour per week temporary on going contract with a fully flexible shift pattern rotational between Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm.
The successful candidate will receive full training, 33 holidays per year on a pro rata basis and exposure to the working dynamics of a leading financial services organisation which can offer many other career opportunities.
Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to pass pre-employment screening which includes a credit check and 2 years referencing.
