Glazing Operative

Manpower are currently seeking Glazing Technicians for a prestigious client based in Tysley, Birmingham.

You will be required to meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.

Approves incoming materials by auditing adherence to specifications, conduct of visual and measurement tests, and materials rejection.

Approves in-process production by auditing adherence to specifications, conduct of visual and measurement tests, and communication of required adjustments to production supervisors.

Approves finished products by auditing adherence to specifications, conduct of visual and measurement tests, return of products for re-work, and confirmation of re-work.

Maintains safe and clean work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.

Accomplishes quality and organisation mission by completing related results as needed.

Suitable candidates will have previous Quality Inspection experience in any industry, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, reliable and flexible on working hours as the role does involve working on a shift basis.

You will be required to work 12 hour shifts paying £8.93 per hour.
