As a sales advisor in this highly versatile role, there is a great balance of customer service, sales and administration tasks and you will have the opportunity to thrive in all aspects. This is an excellent opportunity to work for one of the national leaders specialising in meeting customer's storage needs. Working alongside the Store Manager and Assistant manager you will be involved with selling merchandise and insurance, following up on enquiries and advising customers on the best solution for their particular needs.

The Role:

• Maximise sales at every opportunity through promoting the products and services available.
• Ensure the standard of service consistently exceeds customer expectations.
• Assist the Manager and Assistant Manager in the day to day running of the store.
• Demonstrate an awareness of competitor activity, proposing ideas and suggestions for improvements and supporting marketing activity to promote the store.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the store, conducting regular maintenance checks and complying with Company Health and Safety and Security procedures.

• 5 out of 7 days to cover the following opening hours on a rota basis:
• Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00
• Saturday: 09:00 - 18:00
• Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00

The Requirements:

• Able to communicate effectively with customers.
• Experience working in a customer facing, sales or retail background preferred.
• Proficient with basic administrative tasks.
• Flexible and adaptable to shift rotation, 5 out of 7 days p/w.
• Add value when working as a team member.
• Competent when working individually on tasks.

The Package:

• Bristol Based - BS5
• £17,880 + OTE
• 40hrs p/w
