Wokingham to cover Oxfordshire.

Would you enjoy a role that is both office and field based?

Our client, an established successful business based in Wokingham are urgently looking for a dynamic experienced New Business Development Executive.

This is a varied role with both generating your own leads from their head office based in Wokingham and then following up on visits out in the field, covering the Oxfordshire area.

Initially you will receive a full car allowance and after a successful probation you will receive a brand-new company car.

Do you thrive on:

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
• Building a new business pipeline
• Generating and visiting a targeted number of qualified leads per month
• Understanding customer needs and providing the correct course of action
• Owning the lead nurturing process through to developing and converting

Would you have:

• A competitive personality with a track record of over-achieving sales quotas
• Personal ambition, resilience and persistence
• Confident and authoritative phone manner
• Strong active listening and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Good business intelligence and understanding of value proposition selling
• Holding conversations with Decision Makers in a B2B environment
