An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Call Handler to join a growing company in their new move. Offering a 6 month FTC with immediate starts available, taking home a nice salary of £15,600 pro rota down. The working hours are 09:00-17:00 with an hour for lunch.
Dealing with high volumes of incoming calls from breakdown customers awaiting assistance, taking down specific details while on the call to the customer will be essential but you will have spreadsheets to aid this. You will be trained on all the in-house databases and systems but you need to have had call centre experience.
Essential Criteria:
Call Centre experience
Basic Geography skills
Able to pick up the phone and deal with high volumes of calls
