You'll join us at our world class campus that is home to Sky News and Sky Studios, taking calls from existing customers who are looking to upgrade their package as well as a range of other calls - it could be helping a customer with their billing, telling customers about fantastic new products like Sky mobile or even helping new customers set up a subscription for one of our industry-leading products.

All in all, we want to help you to provide premium entertainment products to the right customers, in the right way.

Sales experience isn't essential. We're more interested in your brilliant listening skills and ability to understand what customers want. You'll also have a healthy streak of ambition and a passion to sell.

We want you to feel as confident as possible when talking about our products, so you'll get free Sky Q, phone and broadband. Expect on-the-job training and support, and opportunities to develop your management skills. You'll even have the chance to gain an official qualification from the Institute of Customer Service.
