Full-time

When someone becomes the proud owner of a BMW, we want then to remain a customer for as long as they are on the road. Which is where you come in.

BMW Group Retail

Working in BMW Group Retail is an altogether different experience to any other career you might have known - in or outside the automotive world. There's the passion our team have for the Group's world-famous brands. The collective pride in the quality of our design, technology and engineering. The satisfaction of giving every customer an exceptional experience. And a sense of excitement about the future and what it holds.

Welcome to the future of automotive retail

Our market is changing and so too are our customers. They come to us because the BMW is a classic among cars. But we never take their loyalty for granted. So we make sure we're continuously exceeding their standards through the quality of our repairs and our exceptional levels of personalised customer care.

We'll give you all the tools you need to make every customer experience memorable. And you'll have all the support and opportunities to make the most of your own future with us.

Your role

Supervising our team of Bodyshop Technicians, you'll manage the day to day workshop activity to ensure that our high standards are adhered to, targets are met and all Customers leave the Bodyshop satisfied with the work carried out.

You'll act as a role model, setting the example for great service and making sure everyone performs in line with BMW/MINI standards. Carrying out internal quality checks to include road testing vehicles, you'll make sure nothing is left to chance.

Your profile

You'll have previous experience in a Bodyshop role within the automotive industry, as well as ideally already having some supervisory experience. This role would be an ideal next step for a Senior Technician or someone already experienced as a Bodyshop Workshop Controller.

We'll expect you to have a good general level of education and a driving licence. If you have the tenacity and commitment to realise your potential, we'll help you to go as far as you can.

Rewards

Whilst working for one of the most highly respected family businesses in the North West you will also receive a competitive salary with an achievable bonus scheme and an attractive range of benefits including pension scheme, car scheme, Training at BMW Academy and 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Company

When it comes to careers, nothing feels quite like working in BMW Group Retail. As the most forward-looking automotive brand in the world, we're dedicated to giving customers the very best experience we can. That takes a workforce who aspire to delivering the highest levels of customer service.

We look for people who understand our customers and the role that automotive mobility plays in their lives. People who get genuine satisfaction from knowing customers are inspired by our products and impressed by every aspect of the service we give them.

If you understand what makes our engines run and customers tick, we'll make sure you stay that step ahead. With training from the BMW Group Academy UK and a chance to work on cutting-edge technology, we'll help you to develop as a professional and grow your career within BMW Group Retail.
