Case Maker

We are proud to be offer the following opportunity for the right candidate who can work in Horley. The role is working for a specialist packaging manufacturer making safe cabinets and packing cases to transport very high value and sensitive electronic equipment across the world.

To be considered for this role you should ideally have a knowledge of using power tools and working with wood as a medium, if you can read from plans this is an advantage however your basic Carpentry skills should be all that you need.

This role will involve reparative and moderate lifting and due to the client location, your own transport (car/bike) will be very helpful as the warehouse is a couple of miles from Horley station. The warehouse is undercover and although the client tries to make the working environment as comfortable as possible due to the nature of the work some of the assignments may require you to work outside or off site.

The hours of work are usually from 08:30 to 16:30, there is the occasional opportunity for overtime which can be worked at the clients request in the morning from about 06:30.
