- Full ownership of the application tracking system (MyHire), ensuring applications are processed effectively and efficiently, screening applications, progressing to next step and then working with Recruitment Manager to discuss candidates to share with Hiring Managers
- Support with arranging and confirming interviews and room bookings where required
- Maintaining master tracker of all candidates that apply to each Returner role, ensuring regular communication is provided and tracker is accurate
- Accurate maintenance and provision of data points and MI to be shared with senior stakeholders within the business
- Candidate Management - responsible for maintaining Returners Inbox, responding to any queries from candidates and speaking with candidates to update where necessary
- Responsible for processing all offers through MyHire, gathering offer form from Hiring Manager and receiving approved Business case from Recruitment Manager.
- Monitoring all offers in progress once offer has been accepted by candidate and chasing up on any issues or delays with the Offer Management team to ensure a smooth onboarding and Induction
- Providing cover for Recruitment and Programme Manager where necessary
