Manpower have a great opportunity for an Office Administration Assistant to join the team in Gosport.
The role will have particular focus on managing conference facilities, new starter on-boarding and allied documentation and staff list.
Responsibilities:
- Managing bookings for conference rooms/facilities using phone, email, or through face to face enquiry and keeping booking calendars up to date and the rooms serviceable
- Managing the company new joiner system administration, visitor notifications and collection/ escort as required
- Controlling the booking, issue and return of portable equipment (e.g Starphones and Projectors)
- Co-ordinating, compiling and distributing internal Weekly Staff Communications documents
The ideal candidate will have previous experience with MS Office products and the ability to absorb use of other IT systems. You will be proactive with the confidence to engage with a variety of teams. The ability to work to tight deadlines and respond and react to changing circumstances is essential.
A Driving Licence is essential in order to meet/escort visitors and deliveries using a company vehicle.
The working hours for this role is Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm on an initial 6 month contract.
The successful candidate must hold or be able to obtain UK Security Clearance.
