Manpower is currently recruiting a Marketing Executive on behalf of our client, a large multinational financial services corporation. This is a temporary role, for 3 months, and will be working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
An exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive has opened up in the Enterprise Marketing Platforms & Solutions organisation. The team is responsible for digital marketing campaigns that are managed across several international markets. They own the end-to-end campaign set up process and manage network capabilities to support our Merchants' objectives via these digital campaigns.
In this role, you will support the team with campaign on-boarding across EMEA. The main responsibilities in this role will include:
- Campaign on-boarding and SME for offer platforms and processes, able to consult and represent the team in face to face meetings with stakeholders
- Act as a point of contact when and where questions arise from the local marketing teams with a focus on customer needs
- Support with Offer Governance, ensuring successful fulfilment of the offers 100% of the time
- Building campaign Terms and Conditions to be clear, consistent and honest to our Customers
- Across all markets, help to establish a consistent process, best practices and identify areas for improvements
- Support roll out of new capabilities and marketing solutions using our network platform in EMEA
We are looking for a dynamic self-starter who is motivated, can drive others and can act with a high level of independence. You will have a strong focus on customers and stakeholders, both internal and external. The candidate must possess a strong attention to detail together with excellent project management skills. The role combines a great instinct for identifying improvements and developing processes from an operational level. Finally, you will need to feel comfortable working in a dynamic and international environment.
Qualifications: Requirements / Competencies:
- Strong ability to independently manage multiple work-streams
- Drive results with excellent attention to detail
- Organizational and relationship skills - able to work with internal and external partners
- Communication skills, with ability to translate and explain technical concepts
- Language skills is an advantage as the role will support multiple European markets
- Strong focus on customers to deliver successful campaigns across markets
- Drive to conceptualise and implement process efficiencies where possible
