Customer Service Agent:

Our client, a leading energy company has a fantastic opportunity for you to join their award winning Customer Service team based at Annesley.

In this role you will be on the front line of the Community Energy department taking inbound calls and responding to your customers' emails regarding their heating and hot water supply. You will look to take the best course of action to get this back on track.

Location: Newstead Court, Little Oak Drive, Annesley, NG15 0DR

Pay rate: £9.47 with the opportunity to increase

Hours: Full time 37 hours between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am till 5pm Saturday. (Saturdays are 1 in every 3)

Contract: 6 Months initially with the potential for it to be ongoing dependant on performance etc.

Start Date: ASAP

Key Skills required:

Ideally you'll have some previous experience working in a customer service and/or contact centre role. Naturally you'll also have great communication skills, and will be comfortable handing large volumes of calls professionally.

  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a customer service role; including strong customer focus with a demonstrable track record of delivering service excellence.
  • The ability to make decisions and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to deal with customers.
  • Quick to learn, absorb & retain information
  • Experience with all Microsoft Office applications
