Marketing Assistant

A fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to work within a dynamic and growing marketing team within a specialist consultancy based in their Warrington offices.

This role is an amazing opportunity for someone really wishing to make a cracking start to a highly successful Marketing career having had previous marketing/tele-marketing experience and be able to demonstrate a keen interest within this area. You will bring with you a good understanding of the latest digital marketing techniques including social media and also previous experience of CRM.

Responsibilities

Dealing with inbound and outbound calls

Administration of all incoming leads in line with the lead management process

Lead analysis and reporting

Collaboration to maximise the prospect and customer experience

Support with email campaigns, social media, newsletters, surveys and promotional material

Market, competitor and framework analysis

SEO and PPC

Attendance at local and national events

Execution of marketing tasks to deliver against individual and team KPIs

Experience and Skills

Previous marketing/tele-marketing experience

Demonstrate previous success in a similar role

Excellent verbal and written communications skills and a highly professional telephone manner

A good understanding of the latest digital marketing techniques including social media

Previous experience of CRM (Zoho preferable)

Confident and outgoing personality

Professional, resilient with a 'can do' attitude
