Job Details
Manpower is currently recruiting for a Special Servicing Rep on behalf of our client, a large multinational financial services corporation. This is a temporary role for 12 months but could go on for longer, working 9-5 Mon-Fri.
This role will be to work in the 6050w team certifying and verifying merchant's information that come into scope for US tax.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Proven experience of working in matrix organization
- Outstanding organisation and prioritisation skills
- Proficient in the key Microsoft systems for this role - Excel and Outlook in particular
This role is mainly back office but would require making some phone calls (although the amount of calls is in average less than 5 per day).
