Position Technical Sales Coordinator

Location Southampton

Salary £23,500 - £27,000 DOE

Hours Mon - Thurs 8am-5pm, Friday 8am - 4pm

Manpower has teamed up with an outstanding company who specialise in construction equipment to recruit for their busy Southampton Branch. Our client is looking for a Technical Sales coordinator who has excellent customer service experience and can work within a fast paced environment.

The role will be primarily to provide effective sales coordination & business administration duties for business in the Southampton branch & sales area. To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the branch

Duties include:

• Processing customers' orders/enquiries
• Checking products are available
• Completing invoices and updating databases
• Working in an office environment
• Administration duties
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment

Experience

• Excellent ICT Skills
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• The ability to think logically and solve problems accurately and pro-actively.
• Good organisational and office/ housekeeping skills.
• Team player and able to work on own initiative
