The main responsibility of the role is supporting the recruitment team and the sites with the onboarding of our contract staff. This involves checking that all new contractors are fully compliant with requirements for the role. Dealing with customer escalations is also a key part of the job.

Duties Include:

Checking documents for compliance and onboardingManaging the renewal of documents to ensure that we stay compliantResponding to customer escalations in a professional and timely mannerUse of various computerised systems (both in-house and external)Creating and maintaining filing systemsDealing with general email and telephone enquiriesLiaising with colleagues across all levels of the businessResponding to all claims and queries both verbal and written communicationEssential Skills:

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Outgoing personality and a 'Can do' attitudeOrganised and able to manage your time effectivelyAdaptable and flexible in times of changeAttention to detail (compliant with identification documents & right to work, training will be provided)IT Literate (Microsoft Word/ Outlook/ Excel)
