We are looking for an HR Administrator to join a multinational pharmaceutical company for an initial four-month contract that could turn into a permanent position for the right candidate.
Essential Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrable customer service successes
- Process-focussed
- Proven accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team player
- Proficient in MS Office and related software
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Flexible attitude
- Experience working with large CRM systems, particularly SAP
Desirable Attributes
- Previous experience working in a complex international organisation
- Some knowledge of HR processes
The successful candidate will work in a small (3-4 people), tight-knit team where everybody supports each other. The work is fast-paced and varied and there are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills.
Working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 35 hours/week, and the pay rate is £11.00/hour.
