We run a Customer Support and Content Review Centre for one of our clients - an instantly recognizable, global iconic brand. We are currently looking to expand the team in our office located in the centre of Dublin.

We are currently recruiting an operations leader to join us. This person will play an integral part in the leadership and ongoing success of this team.

Responsibilities

*Manage the end-to-end operations for a recently-launched technology product across multiple skill groups
*Develop the roadmap and schedule for execution of the project and have complete ownership and accountability for delivery within agreed upon timelines
*Own business requirements, participate in planning meetings and deliver on the road map for process, and technology initiatives.
*Apply analytical abilities, provide insights, interpret and articulate business requirements
*Work closely with client stakeholders towards the vision of the program and aligned to its success factors
*Lead cross-functional product development teams consisting of program managers, operations and quality, learning and process automation teams
*Work closely with product and engineering leads to break down requirements into features to be executed

Qualification

*Bachelor's / Master's degree in, Engineering, Sciences
*7 - 10 years of experience in product / program management role including supporting launches of new products and / or in new markets at large-scale for customer-facing products
*Exposure to agile software development methodology
*Strong analytical skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, and drive actions
*Ability to be insightful and present ideas to senior management
*Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoys working in a highly iterative, agile and open team environment
*Understanding of AI, Machine Leaning and Natural Language Processing concepts.
*Demonstrated history in creative/big thinking
