I am looking to speak to experienced Legal Secretaries that are interested in opportunities in Dublin City Centre.
The positions provide competitive salaries of up to €50K DOE and also allows excellent opportunities for progression within these Top Tier Law Firms.
You will ideally have a minimum of two years Legal Secretary experience in either Float, Litigation or Property roles and candidates must have a minimum of 65WPM typing speed.
Duties include:
- Audio typing Liaising with clients
- Preparing client reports
- Drafting correspondence to clients and counsel.
- Managing and updating files in an efficient manner.
- Preparing briefs for counsel and attending on counsel.
- Filing of documents with various court offices.
- Managing of critical dates and deadlines.
- Completing and submitting legal aid related documents.
You will need to be highly organised, a team player and a strong work ethic.
