You will have previous and relevant Customer Service experience either working within a retail or hospitality environment, contact centre experience is not essential. You will be motivated by providing an outstanding customer experience and be adept at speaking to customers from all walks of life.

Responsibilities include:

* Taking inbound calls from customers
* Adhering to company procedures
* Ensuring all features and benefits of the products are discussed in full
* Providing an outstanding Customer journey
