Description

This Team is a multi-market team and they are tasked with assisting Managers of Account Development (MADs) with enquiries from external Clients as well as urgent, complex cases. As an Account Consultancy Expert, you will own complex queries end-to-end and provide a one-stop solution to maximise client satisfaction and contribute to a more refined workflow.

This position is to predominantly cover the German and Austrian markets base, providing an excellent service to both Account Managers and Clients. This team are always willing to support each other and work together to reach the optimum resolution.

Successful applicants will have a positive attitude, analytical skills, strong sense of ownership, the ability to communicate solutions to partners effectively and be proactive with problem solving. A great sense of humour is also beneficial!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work cases from account managers (phone, etc)
  • Deliver consistently strong service by having a Customer First mindset, reinforcing the AMEX brand values in every interaction and channel
  • Work closely with Account Managers, maintaining, nurturing and growing these relationships
  • Investigate and resolve requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ownership and monitoring of cases forwarded to other teams, until they are resolved
  • Continuous process improvement by identifying and driving down bad demand

Required Skills:

  • Excellent (fluent) written & spoken German & English
  • Strong analytical and collaboration skills
  • Proven time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi task, flexibility and able to work with strict deadline
  • Proven ability to be self-directed with excellent follow through
