Our client is a worldwide leader in multi-channel customer experience management and have been a key employer within Northern Ireland for almost 25 years. They have locations in Bangor, Newry and Enniskillen.

Due to our clients continued success, Manpower is currently seeking candidates who would like to play a key role in their continuous delivery of excellence by providing multi-channel customer services to key clients such as Sainsburys, Vodafone, NPower, Eon Student Loans Company, NHS Blood & Transport and National Floodline.

Your role would involve acting as the first point of contact for customers via telephone and handling everything from general enquiries to complaints. You may also be involved with communicating with our customers through other channels such as email, web chat and social media.

We have multiple full time and part time positions available with varied shifts between 7am and 11pm Monday to Sunday. we are a flexible employer so if you're looking for specific hours or shift patterns, you can discuss with Manpower today. Applicants are required to have :

  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic literacy & numeracy
  • Able to work within an environment where the work is repetitive
  • To have previous customer skills
  • Have a confident and clear telephone manner
