We are looking for an experienced Commis Chef to join the team delivering exceptional dining experiences in a private dining club based in Pall Mall, London.
As Commis Chef you will assist in preparing and cooking dishes and keeping a written record of recipes. You'll assist the Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie in maintaining stock levels of all produce, and maintaining the cleanliness of the holding fridges. You'll also assist in producing mise en place to meet requirements set out by the sous chefs.
The ideal candidate should have:
- NVQ levels 1 and 2 - either completed or working towards completion and be able to demonstrate a degree of flexibility and adaptability
You will receive a salary of £19,475 plus excellent company benefits
