£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

• Lead, advise, coach and motivate the team, ensuring maximum performance is achieved
• Control and maintain the day to day running of the warehouse and distribution activities
• Maintain optimum stock levels to meet demand without holding surplus stock
• Ensure understanding and compliance of Company Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
• Maintain distribution costs per tyre with budget
• Maximise rebate opportunities
• Minimise stock write off
• Ensure adherence to KPI's e.g. picking and manifest discrepancies kept <1%
• Maintain statistics for Tools and Consumable purchases
• Maintain the provision of tools, consumables, workwear and PPE
• Oversee HR requirements across warehouse including recruitment and retention
• Conduct audits as required
• Ensure full compliance to Company policies and procedures
• Work flexibly to support business
• Create a close working relationship with key stakeholders
• Strive to maximise internal and external customer satisfaction

MUST HAVE:

• Supervising or managing a team of people
• Commercial tyre experience
• Managing customer expectations and demands to provide outstanding customer service
• Working under pressure often to tight deadlines
• Working to defined key performance indicators
