The role

  • Addressing customer queries via telephone and email
  • Picking up price enquiries, account support and complaints
  • Owning a query from beginning to end, including all transactions, documentation and escalations
  • Liaising with relevant departments
  • Raising 'red flags' with customer/partner accounts
  • Dealing with compliance documentation and the safety response
  • Field work including events promotion - promoting the brand to newspapers, radio stations, magazines, community websites and social media
  • Ad-hoc duties such as flyering in high footfall locations/hanging posters
  • Assisting with development of public relations materials
