The role
- Addressing customer queries via telephone and email
- Picking up price enquiries, account support and complaints
- Owning a query from beginning to end, including all transactions, documentation and escalations
- Liaising with relevant departments
- Raising 'red flags' with customer/partner accounts
- Dealing with compliance documentation and the safety response
- Field work including events promotion - promoting the brand to newspapers, radio stations, magazines, community websites and social media
- Ad-hoc duties such as flyering in high footfall locations/hanging posters
- Assisting with development of public relations materials
