Site Services Representative (12-month FTC)

Manpower is partnering with a leading technology distributor in their search for a Site Services Representative (12-month FTC). This role will play a key role in delivering a large construction and installation project at their brand-new facility in Leeds.

With customers across the globe, the business' distribution centres are integral to maintaining their reputation as a market leader in this space. Their new development in Leeds - a large purpose-built warehouse - will be crucial to this, and you could be part of it. This is a dynamic role that will see you have a hand in both the external completion of the build work and internal installation of the various equipment and facilities such as conveyors and offices.

Our client is looking for a Site Services Representative that possesses a diverse skillset, that will allow them to successfully take on the following challenges;

• Ensuring that the site is in line with current CDM regulations
• Managing all contractors on site to ensure that work is carried out in a timely and safe manner
• Championing a culture of health and safety on the site
• Liaising with internal teams to schedule and prioritise work
• Overseeing all hard service on site including the testing and commissioning

This is a rewarding role that will suit someone that has the following skills and experience;

• Experience of leading construction/installation projects
• Contractor management experience
• A background in manufacturing or warehousing
• Formal qualifications within health and safety
• Strong working knowledge of current CDM regulations
• Project management and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and solve issues independently

The working hours for this role at Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 - given the nature of the role the business offers a flexible working approach as sometimes this may change.
