HR Advisor
Assist with disciplinary, grievance, absence management cases across UK & EMEA;
Provide HR statistical reports for HRBP monthly 1-2-'s employee roster, Awards, Overtime reports, and other ad hoc reports as requested;
Note taking at complex ER cases
Monitoring adherence and completion of key annual processes e.g, LM Commit (Performance Management including FOCUS), ATLAS profile (Talent Management);
Manage the employee sick reporting, tracking sickness absence and ensuring the correct forms are completed i.e. Return To Work (RTW) and Self Certifications. Escalating to HRBP as required;
HR Project support - E files, sickness and absence monitoring,
Delivery and maintaining of UK and EMEA Induction programme;
Coordination of:-
Monthly UK, and EMEA leader communications;
Corporate training requirements ie., TEL, LFP etc
Work Experience Process;
Maintain HR intranet site;
Requesting and collating leader nominations for training and reward incentive plans
Liaison with Singapore payroll for pay queries
Liaison with US time and attendance team for timesheet, vacation and public holiday queries.
Completing contract amendment templates
Any other HR related duties as directed by the HR team
