Our client, on of the UK's leading energy providers, is looking for a Data Analyst/Administrator to join their Business Support Team. The role is to provide an efficient data management service which meets stakeholders requirement whilst being highly customer and business focused.

Key Responsibilities

*Creating and maintaining automated data processes in line with stakeholder expectations.
*Identifying, evaluating and implementing tools to support data validation and cleansing.
*Developing records management processes and policies.
*Identifying areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes.
*Producing and tracking key performance indicators.
*Monitoring and auditing data quality.
*Designing and carrying out surveys when required and analysing survey data.
*Manipulating, analysing and interpreting complex data sets relating to the station.
*Preparing reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools.
*Creating data dashboards, graphs and visualisations.
*Supporting your business support team colleagues as and when required.

Key skills and attributes required:

*Experience of some statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques.
*The ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualisations.
*Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
*Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with databases (e.g. MS Access).
*Knowledge of data modelling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques.
*Ability to work self-sufficiently to produce the station data requirements.
*High level of attention to detail.
*Personable and approachable with the ability to build strong working professional relationships with stakeholders/customers.
