Junior Buyer

Junior Buyer - Paignton - £18,000-£20000 p/a depending on experience

After a successful Winter my client are looking to expand their team and Manpower are excited to be working with them to find a Junior Buyer for their office based in Paignton. Our client are the leading company within the horticulture industry that have been around for over 200 years! This is a full-time role with an immediate start possible.

About the role

As a junior buyer you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining stock levels. You will be analysing and tracking budgets, speaking with suppliers and arranging deliveries. You will be raising invoices, orders and also reviewing back orders. As a Junior buyer you will also be providing detailed forecasting sheets and updating the Purchasing Manager weekly.

About the candidate

To be a successful Junior Buyer you must be confident in negotiating and working to deadlines. You will need to be organised, have good time management skills and strong administrative skills. Previous experience within a similar role is essential.
