We're proud to work alongside the UK's leading green office supplies provider and they are looking to add a like-minded professional from a Customer Services / Sales background to their team.

You'll be the first point of contact for any inbound enquiry, processing orders and taking payment, up-selling on additional items and dealing with any problems or complaint. You'll also be setting up, or updating, client accounts and ensuring a high level of accuracy for invoicing purposes.

Alongside this you will be qualifying new prospects for the sales guys and adding their data to the system before arranging a call back from the relevant team. You'll also be keeping the website up to date by writing or amending copy on products and essentially making the website as appealing as possible.

This is an incredibly varied role which would suit someone looking to combine their love of speaking to customers with some techy, creative duties. A knowledge of SEO or CPC campaigns would be beneficial as would a fluency with social media marketing.

With free parking onsite and being only 5 minutes from Romsey train station the office is easily accessible for your Mon - Friday 8:30 - 5pm working week. With a great benefits package and opportunity to make commission this really is a role that you'll want to hear more about.
