White Goods Field Service Engineer

Once trained, have the ability to repair and service of all Company Company products within

the customer's home, providing a high level of professional customer service and after sales

in a timely manner, whilst adhering to relevant H&S requirements

Complete all Company repairs proficiently and to the highest standard, ensuring

where possible the fault is fixed on the first visit

Fulfil the required calls per day quota

Provide a friendly and positive approach to all our customers

Promote & sell consumable products in the customers home as part of the FSE role.

Work in a designated territory and provide support to other areas depending on customer

demand.

Control van stock and tidiness within Company standards and maintaining a clean van,

ensuring that it is fit for purpose and presents a professional image

Complete all documentation associated with the role accurately and in a timely manner

Continually apply and develop the specific technical knowledge and job skills/requirements

needed for effective job performance (including attending compulsory training sessions)
