Manpower is currently recruiting for a Finance Team Member to join our client based in Colnbrook.

Job Duties

  • To perform payment allocation and reconciliation.
  • Responsible for banking and scanning cheques.
  • Responsible to collect card payment from customer using client application
  • Unallocated/duplicate payments to be referred to client or customer for action
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports, to share with clients and stake holder
  • Responsible for HMRC payment allocation
  • Applies a balance management approach with equal emphasis on business
  • Handle calls/email queries from the customers and employees
  • Responsible for the consistent execution of stated company policies as it relates to all personnel
  • Keep Team Manager apprised at all times through the timely completion and submission of all requested program reporting
  • Prepare and lead weekly issue log review

Experience Required

  • Understanding of accounting concepts and principles
  • Target oriented with strong focus on meeting SLA commitments
  • Technical expertise in handling functions on an ERP platform
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to understand & analyse an issue or problem and to develop & suggest corrective actions
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written, strong command of English language)
  • Decision making, problem-solving and analytical skills

Working hours are 9:00am to 18:00pm Monday to Friday.
