Campaign Delivery Manager (Recruitment) London £40,000-£40,000

We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Delivery Manager, to join a global recruitment business. Responsible for the day-to-day execution, co-ordination and administration of candidate attraction activity, with regular exposure to the client to present strategy, success rates and new attraction ideas.

This role will involve day-to-day liaison with media contacts to ensure the timely and effective deployment, and ongoing monitoring and administration, of a wide range of media channel and attraction activity, regular analysis of success rates making recommendations for new attraction sources interpreting client demand plans to ensure effective attraction strategy is always in place.

Summary of required experience

  • Day-to-day recruitment marketing campaign management experience, agency- or client-side

  • Media channel administration experience, including digital and social channels

  • Project management experience in a fast-paced work environment

  • Excellent Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills and capability

  • Stakeholder and client management experience

Key responsibilities;

  • Produce attraction plans / media schedules to document proposed channel activity in support of required recruitment numbers, using Excel to produce individual plans which capture the proposed media inventory and activation timeline
  • Activate, co-ordinate and monitor all channel activity on behalf of a wide range of clients
  • Liaise with external media partners and internal colleagues to ensure the timely deployment of media inventory
  • Use available platforms to ensure the effective activation of key channels
  • Liaise with external agency partners to produce any supporting collateral and assets
  • Produce and share regular reports on active and planned attraction activity, reporting on campaign and media channel effectiveness and performance
  • Liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders in support of a wide range of attraction activity

You will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience;

  • Marketing campaign management and delivery experience in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Experience of working with multiple media channels, including digital and social channels
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly flexible with the ability to multi-task and manage an extensive 'to-do' list
  • Commercially-minded and highly numerate, with a strong attention to detail and concern for high quality work
  • A creative thinker, confident to suggest and put-forward new ideas and thinking
  • A strong team player with the ability to build effective relationships with both internal colleagues and clients
