Manpower is excited to be working with our client to find an Operation Technician. Our client is an International leader in the fields of Medical and Safety Technology and you will work in a state of the art facility close to the City centre with plenty of parking. My client is incredibly proud of the work they do which plays a huge part in saving people's lives around the world.

About this role

As an operation technician your main role will be to assist in the training of employees. You will also work on improving the setup, calibration and test procedures in various departments. Your role will also consist of driving quality improvements and development. You will comply with the Integrated Management System and Health and Safety Policy and provide first level technical response on quality concerns, evaluation and critiquing current practises.

About the Candidate

You will need to have five years experience within this industry, of which two must have been in a Technical or Engineering Function. Experience within an Electronics background would be desirable however my client is happy to consider applicants without this experience if they can prove they are willing to learn new skills. You must be IT literate, self-motivated and proactive in identifying problems. Experience working with ERP Systems and In-dept electronics principles would be advantageous
