The role will be within the support function for the HR Business Development team. The HRBD team is responsible for handling all people aspects of any outsourcing contracts, acquisitions and divestments.


The role we are looking to fill will be part of the team responsible for the process of bringing new employees into the company (on-boarding activities). The major activities will involve ensuring the employees are loaded onto the payroll systems accurately, checking employee data is correct, tracking submitted forms and reviewing documents submitted by employees to ensure accuracy and completeness.

The role will require excellent MS excel skills to manipulate spreadsheet. Flexibility and organisation skills will be key. Must have good communication skills in order to communicate with transferring employees.
