We have a number of opportunities to join us in February 2019 as an Administrator at our office at Lingfield Point in Darlington. You will work as part of a team processing a large volume of work for customers who wish to apply for student finance for a wide range of products.

As an administrator you'll provide effective and efficient administration support to your department, for this opportunity you will focus on data processing customer applications and accompanying documents before returning them to the student or sponsor.

You will need to capture the information provided onto bespoke processing systems following specific processes and guidance material. You may generate letters and ask for additional information which will allow the application to progress. As we are a busy processing unit you may be required to carry out other administrative tasks to allow us to successfully deliver our service.

Previous experience isn't required for this role - what's more important is that you're computer literate and have a high attention to detail, with excellent organisational and communication skills. You should be confident in using Microsoft PC packages including Word and Excel, and ideally hold both Maths and English at GCSE level or above (or equivalent).
