Financial Controller

Manpower are currently working with a specialist Manufacturing organisation based in Birmingham (near Fort Dunlop) who are currently looking to appoint a Financial Controller on a full time permanent basis.

• Basic skills include;
• Whole accounting function of the company;
• Job costing and project costing management;
• Sales ledger, including credit control, dealing with customer queries, raising invoices and credits, application of payment and reconcile customer accounts;
• Purchase ledger, process supplier invoices, including invoices reconciliation, and assisting in costing control;
• Payment, commercial banking, company credit card.
• Payroll, VAT return, CIS submission;
• Admin function including up keep of company vehicles, dealing with insurance brokers, solicitors, auditors, purchase of stationery and company equipment.
• Advanced skills include;
• Budgeting and forecasting;
• Cashflow;
• Management accounts.

This organisation offer a competitive salary between £30-40,000 plus additional benefits which will be disclosed during your initial meeting.
