Manpower are currently working with a fantastic organisation based in Warwick who are looking to recruit a Category Manager on a full time, permanent basis.
Details of the duties and your responsibilities as a Category Manager within this organisation can be found below. Creating, implementing and monitoring a robust and detailed tactical plan to deliver financial targets.
Working with Sales, Supply Chain & Operations teams to implement Category strategies and tactics.Either leading or supporting on negotiations with Senior or Category Directors. Accountability for assuring that all products meet all statutory, quality and legal standards.Working with the Merchandising team to develop and implement Category merchandising plans for both core range and promotions.As a Category Manager within this organisation you will be a:Strategical thinkerCustomer and market focusAn influential individual able to build relationships with key stakeholders at a range of different levels inside and outside the organisation Category experience would be advantageous
