HR & Reward Data Analyst - Aston, Birmingham
Salary - Up to £30k
Start date - ASAP
FIXED TERM CONTRACT - 6 months
The HR & Reward Data Analyst will provide analytical support to the HR function. This will involve the production, analysis and presentation of data from a variety of sources to aid people based decision making.
Key areas of focus will be:
Running reports from the Sage/Snowdrop HR and payroll systems and obtaining additional data from third party sources - e.g. internal finance teams and external benefit providers.
Conducting data analysis in line with stakeholder requests
Presentation of results in user friendly format.
Production of a regular HR data pack for the Leadership Team and other key stakeholders
Data entry and general upkeep of project tracking tools and databases
Supporting activities such as pay and benefits modelling, organisation costing, bonus scheme analysis, vacancy and headcount statistics, production of organisation charts, absence reporting and trend analysis
What you'll need to succeed:
Excellent spreadsheet skills - ideally advanced Excel including graphs, charts etc.
Powerpoint and Google (Sheets and Mail)
Comfortable managing, manipulating and combining large data sets
Accuracy and attention to detail
Good organisational skills - an ability to plan and prioritise work whilst being able to respond to in the moment requests form stakeholders
